In addition to offering
a comprehensive range of appellate
services, Bashman has also been
called on to prepare many significant
trial court briefs, often when
summary judgment or class certification
was being sought or opposed. He
has been retained to defend and
oppose the removal of cases from
state to federal court. Other
clients have retained him to perform
the role of judge in appellate
moot court sessions. And Bashman
has been retained to evaluate
the likely outcome of pending
appeals for clients whose rights
or financial interests are at
stake.
