In the vast majority
of matters, Bashman is compensated
for the work he performs for clients
on an hourly rate basis.
In certain matters,
Bashman is able to offer a client
the option of a flat fee for his
services.
And in appropriate
cases in which Bashman is called
on to seek the affirmance of a
money judgment awarded in favor
of the client, he will consider
accepting the matter on a contingent
fee basis or at a blended rate,
combining a reduced hourly rate
or flat fee and a smaller contingent
fee.
In addition to paying
for Bashman’s services,
clients are also responsible to
pay for the costs and disbursements
incurred in connection with the
representation. Such costs and
disbursements can include, among
other things, court filing fees,
photocopying and printing costs,
postage, shipping, and delivery
charges, fax and long distance
telephone charges, and travel
costs.
